Meeting Minutes

In Attendance:  Roger Morris, Richard Knox, Tom Welch, Ron Layton, Shari Layton, Ray Cunningham.  Guest-Bonnie Welch. 

Old Business:  Mileage for Members, Lighting Issue, Playoff rules. 

 New Business: T.G.I.O. information. 

The T.G.I.O. Tournament & Awards Party will be on Saturday Jan 9, 2010.  $1100.00 added to the pot.  $200.00 will go towards door prizes.

 Awards will be ordered as soon as the last matches take place, and Roger, gets the score sheets. 

 There are 2 locations that the Board is considering.

  1. Happy Hour  2. The Keg Tavern.  Location is TBD. 

 Jean Klein, will take care of all the arrangements as far as food specials, & the exact location. There will be 2 Dart Boards available for door prizes. 

  It’s that wonderful time again for elections. The following positions that are available for office are:

  President,  Statistician, Secretary,  AA-League Representative.  If anyone else is interested in running for one of these positions against any of the current officers, please contact Shari at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so that I can put your name on the ballot.

   Women’s Tournament- There will be a Women’s Singles Tournament on January 23rd 2010.  Location TBD.  $5.00 advance entry fee. Entry fee at the door will be $10.00.  $100.00 added to the pot. For further information contact Ray Cunningham.

 It has been brought to the Boards attention that some teams want different types of awards. Joe Picotte, will address this at the T.G.I.O. Party.

 There has been talk of having a Eugene Open Tournament.  Joe Picotte, will announce all of the details at the T.G.I.O. Party.

Reminder,for A and AA teams, the first team with 11 wins, wins the match.  For the B and C leagues, first team to 9 wins, wins the match. NO need to play all the games if the winner is determined early.
Highlights DO NOT count.  Special awards like T-80, 9C and Hat tricks *do* count.  (hat tricks are for C league only)
