The Sign-Up Tournament will be on Sunday August 22nd at Sonny's Tavern in Springfield. Sign-up time 10:00 am Tournament 11 am or shortly after. Please make sure that you provide the following information. 1. A complete roster with the name of your Team, & Team Members. Please include a Phone #, or email address for each person. (Please write legibly.) 2. Your $20.00 players fee. 3. $40.00 Sponsor fee. 4. A Team must have 4 paid up players. 5. If you need help forming a team, or if you need to be placed on a team, be sure to come to the tournament and get your name on the list with (Ray-Comp Coord). Teams are looking for players now. There is a $5.00 cost to play in the tournament. Same format as usual. Thank You |

Meeting 7:15 until 8:15 p.m. Members in Attendance: Josh, Ron, Shari, Jean, Marie, Tom, Ray, and Joe. Agenda items: The Sign-Up Tournament will be on Sunday August 22nd at Sonny's Tavern in Springfield. Sign-up time is 10 am with the actual tournament starting at 11 am or shortly after. The Board motioned to not have a set day of the week for the meetings. ( passed ) 8/9/10 Any Board Meetings in the future will be posted with the date-place-time. The Board agreed on the following dates for our events. Captains meeting on 09/14/10 League will start on 09/21/10 Mid-Season Tournament will on 11/13/10 location TBA. TGIO will be 01/15/2011 location TBA Additional information will be added to the disorderly conduct rule. |
