T.G.I.O.  2012 Follow-up information:

February 7th will be the first night of league. 7 p.m.

The results of the Board Member Elections:

President-Joe Picotte =15 votes

Statistician-Roger Morris=21 votes

Secretary-Shari Layton=21 votes

AA-Rep-Jerry Duran=22 votes

B-Rep-Kathie Statzer=22 votes

Tom Welch and Billy Chaney also ran for President.

Gary Meltaberger ran for both Statistician and Secretary.

Layton Statzer also ran for AA-League Representative.
 
TGIO/ AWARDS CEREMONY/ ELECTIONS
 
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The ESDA is getting ready for the start of the 2012 Spring Dart League. Sign-ups will be held all day at the Driftwood Lounge
in conjunction with the TGIO awards party. The TGIO will be help on January 21st with sign-ups for the tournament beginning
at 10:00 am. There will be $800 added to the prize fund. Sign-ups for league will go on all day.
If you already have a team you will need to complete the sign-up form that includes names and contact information for EACH
player. The cost remains $20.00 per player and $40.00 sponsor fee. Team captains should collect the players fees in advance
and be ready to pay for your team at the TGIO.
If you don’t have a team and want to play, contact me in advance and I will try to get you placed on a team. If you have a team
that has an open slot, contact me and I may be able to help fill the position. If you have questions, contact me or another Board
Member. We would be happy to help get you onto a team or help new teams to form.
Be sure to plan to make it to the TGIO so that you can pick up your awards and get in some practice before the start of the new
season. There will be a chicken dinner for $5.00 as well as other food items. Plan to make a day of it.

TGIO INFORMATION

HELLO EVERYONE IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN FOR THE T.G.I.O. TOURNAMENT, SIGN UP PARTY FOR THE SPRING SEASON, AND THE AWARDS PARTY.  IT IS ALSO ELECTION TIME FOR SOME OFFICERS.

THE TOURNAMENT IS SATURDAY JANUARY 21ST 2012.  AT THE DRIFTWOOD TAVERN IN SPRINGFIELD.  $800.00 added for the prize fund.

SIGN-UPS FOR THE NEW SEASON WILL START AT 10:00 A.M. WITH THE TOURNAMENT FOLLOWING THE AWARDS CEREMONY.  IT IS $5.00 TO PLAY, $1:00 FOR THE HIGH OUT.  RAY WILL ANNOUNCE THE FORMAT.

THE POSITIONS THAT ARE UP FOR ELECTION ARE:

PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, STATISTICIAN, AA-LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE, AND B-LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE.  EMAIL SHARI, IF YOU ARE INTERRESTED IN RUNNING FOR ANY OF THE POSITIONS. SHE WILL ADD YOUR NAME TO THE BALLOT.

THE DRIFTWOOD IS OFFERING A CHICKEN DINNER FOR $5.00 YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THE BARTENDER.
